The guide describes VM Accelerator Studio 1.1 and the accepted Studio–Engine routes through v0.18, including package-bound native Xsuite analysis and the deployment-bound Slurm/CUDA nonlinear workflow. It focuses on operating the product and interpreting results. Protocol and implementation details are included only where an Engine operator needs them.

All current numerical workflows produce evidence-qualified screening results. They are not, by themselves, machine predictions or proof that a machine is buildable or operable.
