The guide describes the current repository state through the accepted v0.9 orbit-correction route. It focuses on operating the product and interpreting results. Protocol and implementation details are included only where an Engine operator needs them.

All current numerical workflows produce evidence-qualified screening results. They are not, by themselves, machine predictions or proof that a machine is buildable or operable.
